Steak 'n Shake 3000 Old Boynton Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33436

"This location is currently on my way home from work. I started coming through several months back. I was impressed with the service in the drive thru. Very polite and accurate with the order. The food was hot and fresh. Then something changed with the quality of food, cold hamburger and lukewarm fries. But still a cheap place to get something to eat. I had came inside to order, because I needed to use the bathroom. I observed that burgers coming off the grill would sit on the cutting board waiting for condiments an extended period of time. Which is the reason why the burgers are cold and gross. I had received the shake in a fair amount of time. An extended period of time went by and no food. I asked the lady about my order- That maybe they had lost the order because it had been over a 1/2 hour already. She laughed at me. Then I asked the manager. The manager put my order together. The burger was cold and onion rings were greasy."

"I have not been to Steak n Shake for quite awhile as it has no fish option available.....I did however enjoy the fat, wide steak fries that were served(as in the past) and the milkshakes. Now, the fries option are very slim and more like typical fast food eateries...anyway, not as I expected or desired. So no need for me to try again."
