"This place was once a 5 star pizza place that I dreamed of in FL. I've recently ordered twice and the pizza was sloppy. Extremely oily, soggy and maybe the ingredients have changed because the sauce was plain. The crust wasn't as thick or good as it was. The fries and chicken tenders were different than all the other times. The fries were cold and no salt was used. They were different too. String fries and not potatoes. Disappointed."

"Terrible customer service. I got a delivery from them recently and after the food arrived I noticed the receipt. They added a gratuity without asking me as well as a zone fee as well as a credit card surcharge. Not noticing this at the time I gave the driver a handsome gratuity as well. A week later I ordered again and this time I looked and saw an extra charge called misc. food. In addition to the zone charge and the cc surcharge. I called the restaurant and the person pretty much told me If I didn't like it then I shouldn't call them anymore. The food is just so-so from the pizza to the sandwiches. BTW I live less than one mile from the store, why is there a zone charge? UPDATE: Pizzaroma responded to my review with the stock review how sorry they were for my experience and how comments like mine help them improve. You wouldn't know that by the way I was talked to when I called after my delivery and asked about the misc. food charge. The owner could care less about my issue. They have info on file and could have easily called me to apologize and all would be good again. Not gonna happen now. I'm gonna call the local restaurant reviewer for my community and make sure it get's posted in next months newsletter."

"I placed an order online using the SLICE app- Almost two hours later, the App shows my food as “Delivered “. I Never received my food. I called Pizzaroma, in the midst of taking orders from other customer, talking over me and speaking with another employee in the background, I’m told that “I have to call Slice” “they have nothing to do with delivery”- I place orders with this business fairly often, as often as two days ago. No consideration or appreciation for customers that are barely scrapping by, that decide to spend their hard earned money to do business with local businesses, and what do I get? As a side note, this is not entirely the restaurants fault, however, the delivery service being used to deliver to YOUR customers should be vetted to avoid issues like this- I definitely expect more from a business that I spend close to $70 with (a week) to treat me better!"

"The sauce tasted weird. Cheese bread is just a hoagie roll. None of the food was good. It took 1 1/2 hour’s to get my food. They keep telling me they were on the way but when he got there the food was hot which means he was not on the way. He had just left the store. The food is not good and delivery is slow. You will be disappointed."
