"PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GO TO THIS LOCATION, JUST DRIVE A FEW MILES NORTH AND HEAD TO INDIANTOWN. The manager in this location cannot be anymore useless. I ordered two baja bowls with chicken (French bread on the side) first off, they never gave me the sides and both bowls had poor to NO chicken at all. I went to ask her and she blamed it all on 'being busy" I do not care if you've been busy and you ran out of chicken and bread, but then do not offer CHICKEN baja bowls, because I am not wasting my money like this. Then, she said let me get you more rice and I said I DO NOT WANT MORE RICE, I want my bowl how it is supposed to come. This is a terrible location and the manager is absolutely rude, I wonder how she treats her employees...save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Ridiculous."
"I am a regular here and I can say that they have real issues keeping the coffee canisters filled. They are primarily a coffeeshop and they can't get it together with keeping the coffee flowing. Today, I tried the Hazelnut, it was out after about one ounce. Then I moved to the dark roast, same thing. I had to move to the light roast to fill my cup. This is a constant thing here. Perhaps they need a gauge on the canister to know when it's running low so they can brew some more. This should not be a recurring issue. Also, they let pet dogs in, not cool as I am allergic. These are not service dogs or even the typical South Florida "entitlement support animals", they're just pet dogs. I also notice the cups are no longer available at the touchscreen kiosks. That one's on the people swiping cups, which was inevitable of course. A shame though, because all I get is beverages and it was nice not to have to wait in line. Sigh, this is why we can't have nice things!"
"The only reason I am giving any stars is because the two young men at the register were super friendly and very respectful. The young man in the kitchen putting together the order first gave me the wrong soup and I went in to exchange it. He replaced the soup with the chicken noodle I had ordered but the whole cup is broth with around three to four noodles in it because he didn’t stir up the soup before serving it, again lacking effort. He also made the comment that he needed to refocus himself since that was ‘another’ mistake he had made today very unprofessional and very disappointing, considering I didn’t order anything complicated. Literally a single cup of soup and one drink. I would simply save your money and go anywhere else. Broth and a 2 1/2 inch cut of bread is not worth nearly $17."
"This place was so disorganized. Do any adults work here? The soda machine was broken (again) so the only options were tea. Fine. However, all the teas were empty and remained empty for the entire 45 minutes we were stuck in this purgatory. Then, they said they were out of all soup except the turkey chili. Also fine. I ordered the chili. We then waited for 20 minutes for our food- 10 of those were after we got the notification that the food was ready. No workers seemed to want to work. Finally, one of the employees informs us that they are also out of chili (apparently the soup machine is also broken). She asked me what I would like instead (it’s now been 20 minutes since we ordered). I asked for the Mac and cheese. She said she would bring it to our table. 10 more minutes go by. No mac in sight. I go back to the counter. She forgot about it. I then watched the most disorganized dance of two employees in the kitchen actively sabotage each other. One would hit the start on the microwave for my Mac, the other would immediately walk over to the microwave and open it to see what was inside, then close it (without restarting) and walk away. Happened 3 times. Finally after 45 minutes, I got the Mac. I was no longer hungry. Didn’t even get an apology. Also, the place was filthy."
"Clean. Easy ordering process. Kiosk or in person inside. Monitors to let you know who’s up next etc. Plenty of parking. Oatmeal was extra delicious today. Had the almond milk smoothie as well with blueberries. Delicious."
