"I went there Tuesday to get my free whopper Junior with any purchase, and the woman at the counter, said I needed a coupon. This was a nationally advertised campaign, which mentioned nothing about a coupon. I promptly walked out, it was obvious that counter person didn’t care about my business. Another typical example of the terrible customer service."

"I ordered through Uber Eats. Burger King canceled two orders at the last minute when the driver was waiting. They then told the driver that someone else picked up the order which was not true. I waited two hours and all I got was To cancel the orders at the last minute. I had to go to work in the morning so I didn’t even have time to order anything else and I was charged. I will never go to this Burger King."
