Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The chipotle at this location happens to be the worst of any franchise I’ve visited thus far. As a loyal customer, I must say that the service here is absolutely grotesque. The employees do not want to be there and it shows very visibly by their attitudes and lack of customer service or even acknowledgment. In fact, when you go to this location, you get dirty looks and your food gets thrown around in a disgusting manner. it took six employees standing in an assembly line to figure out if the two customers orders were correct and still managed to somehow mess them up. I would not recommend this location to anyone and quite frankly, it should be shut down or you need to revamp the entire staff"

"The McDonald’s of Chipotle locations, what a disgrace. They don’t understand their own menu and double charge. They didn’t have lids for drinks and every table was messy with garbage cans overflowing. Ordered a kids chicken quesadilla and was charged for extra chicken. Customer service by staff was rude and when calling to speak to manager I could not get a person to answer the phone. This location needs a complete overhaul by corporate."

"Good and reasonably priced Mexican food. Uncaring staff though, and dirty tables and grounds. Indoor and outdoor seating. decent food for lunch or dinner if you take it out…"

"Walked in to wait in a small line. We got through pretty quick too. The staff that put everything together was nice and gave us exactly what we wanted. When we went sit down we noticed nothing was clean. It was clean where the food was, but the lobby area and drink area was a different story. So, we cleaned off and wiped down our own table. We were there for at least 45 minutes and not a single person came out to clean. When we finished I decided to take pictures for this review and one of the employees, I believe was the manager told me I am not aloud to take pictures because no one cleaned anything. Then she proceed to start yelling at me, then followed me to the restroom and she held the door open like I wasn't aloud to use the bathroom as it was a one person bathroom. It was really weird and uncomfortable. I would love to give one or no stars because of this lady and how she acted, but the food was delicious and the other employees did a good job, besides cleaning. Overall, we definitely will be going back to a Chipotle, just not this particular one because the lady was hostile toward me making it uncomfortable to be there."
