"I've been here 3 or 4 times and every time there's something wrong. The other location off of Blue Heron is way better. Anyway, I've had them missing items, not having Baja Blast (I don't really blame them for that), and the worst one was I ordered in the app, went to the drive thru and asked to pull around and park. Ok no problem, I know everyone is graded on the time and so everyone cheats so whatever. I waited about 15 minutes or so then I went inside. Told the guy what happened and he had to scroll through multiple orders to find mine so they clearly forgot about me. He made it in like 3 minutes so I have no clue why I had to pull around if it was that fast. This place sucks. I'd sooner get something else or drive farther for taco bell. Never going here again."

"Horrible drive through service. Sat waiting 5+ minutes, so I pulled around figuring that the speaker wasn't working. Kid at window said that he couldn't take my order and I had to get back in line again. He also said that the speaker is now working. I pulled in to go inside. Staff ignored me. Manager finally came over to take my order. I wanted to let her know what had happened. She didn't care. And then walked away. I will never go back to this location ever. Horrible customer service, and Manager needs some serious customer engagement training."
