"WORST SERVICE EVER! Go somewhere else. The cashier, who's name on the receipt says "Marie", but she says her name is "Stephanie" is the worst possible person ever to work in a customer facing position. She's busy playing on her phone while trying to take your order. Doesn't greet you, say thank you, or provide any courteous response whatsoever. I'm not sure she's aware that there's a thing called a smile. If you decide to go to this location, look at all of the reviews besides this one. They are all the same. AVOID THIS LOCATION!"

"Wow the worst service ever. Walked in completely ignored no one in there but me. Never said hello or how can I help you. Just grunted at me. I placed my order she said the price. Took the money and threw the change at me. Really rude service for no reason."

"Steph is terrible. The customer service at this store is negligible. I asked for 4 simple drinks, she made 3 (all wrong), and when I mentioned it, she rolled her eyes and went on to the next customer and told me to get back in line. I ended up leaving with someone’s order. So awful. They need to hire all new people or shut this one down. Just terrible."

"Management can not allow one person to run the entire store on their own. Orders take too long and then items are missing. The owner and manager of this store should be ashamed to allow this place to be run this way. I used to come here for over 6 years. The worker is rude and acts like she’s doing me a favor by working there. It shouldn’t take 30-40 minutes to get my food only to be missing things. Then she’s rude when I come back to ask for my missing items. This store has become a joke, dunkin corporate should shut them down."

"Why some Dunkin locations provide such poor service is beyond me. Hire more people. Why understaff and stress out 2 people in rush hours??? They get my order wrong every single time I come here. I have to spell my order out to them, and then watch them make the wrong thing and I give it back and then get an attitude because I politely ask for them to remake the correct item I drove out of my way to get. It’s extremely frustrating seeing what the world of service has come to. Might as well let us make our own stuff. Ridiculous. Whoever owns/manages this franchise needs to be rethink their business model."
