"Ordered takeout. Waited extra 35 minutes. Paid for 15 All flats, received mixed!! Quesadilla inedible, soggy & greasy as were the fries. Have been customers since opening day, so disappointed with the takeout service. No one was even available when we entered the restaurant. When someone did show up, they seemed very confused & inexperienced. Even though the Wings order was wrong, they are still good. It’s so sad to see a great thing end. It’s all about training and management."

"Update. Tried this location again. Got a 25 wing order delivered with feathers still on the wings. This location always has an issue! Ordered online, showed up 20 min later, they brought food to the front and checked the name "nope not yours". There's 5 people at the bar and no one taking out either... So I waited another 15 min and when I finally saw someone I asked about my food. She checked the bag again and started walking it to the back. I told them I didn't want it if it was going to be reheated and she continued to the back. Now I'm just looking for the manager, I just want a refund and get food somewhere else - she comes out, doesn't even apologize, does give the refund and they start bringing out the reheated food. We've been ordering Brus room cuz they have the best wings but this location SUCKS. After 38 years they have officially brought out the Karen in me and I had to call a manager - I can never get that back."
