"I was excited to try their eyebrow shaping and henna treatment. I guess I expected some type of consultation and review of what would be done, but I was placed in a chair and immediately the tech began threading my eyebrows. I should have stopped her and asked for an explanation of what she was doing! After removing a lot of my brow (which I’ve been working to grow in for quite some time) she added the henna. Again, she didn’t ask about what shape I wanted, just painted on the new brow in a not-so-flattering way. I’m so disappointed and just thankful it’s not permanent!!"
