"I’ve had bad experiences in the past when ordering through the app for pick up. This time was perfect. The staff members were very friendly and my order was ready when I got there, they even offered to fill up my drink. Everything in my bag was correct."

"This place has gone seriously downhill. Going in on a Saturday evening during the holiday season, the place was empty. Used to be packed. One couple at a table and no one in line. After getting my overcooked dried out burger that was probably cooked a while ago, I can see why. I used to really enjoy this place. Too bad."

"Been to different locations of Burgerfi but this is definitely not the standards I'm used to...to begin I went for lunch they had no one at the front no acknowledgement nothing...I placed a mobile order waited 10 minutes for a gentleman coming back from lunch to acknowledge me and get my order for me while I watched 2 staff members cook and 2 standing around talking....I decided to give them another try for dinner seeing as I figure could be a one off and different staff...boy was i wrong i normally order and my mobile order is ready...I had to wait 15 minutes after my pickup time and yet again no acknowledgement...this time the burger patties were dried out and my kids tenders were burnt.... definitely not what you expect especially when you're paying as much as you are for the food. Not sure if you can tell pattie is dry from the picture but you can definitely see it's not juicy"

"Very disappointed with my visit....poorly managed. First there was no French fries or ice tea available. The service took quite some time and then our food was cold when received. They were overpriced for what we received. The app took too long to sign up and the cashier didn't explain it properly. Also I'm now seeing on my bank statement, I was double charged on the funds, transferred to the BurgerFi app. So far I am not feeling very pleased with this restaurant."
