"Ordered 4 subs online. Said ready at 5. Got there at 515 to pick up. Didn't get greeted back or acknowledged so I sat at the table of the empty restaurant. Than at 520, I asked the worker if she had my online order. She said she didn't. I showed her my confirmation and pointed to the sub with my name on it at the counter. She said she was out of cheese and lettuce. I said what can I do? Took the subs home and are ripping through the tough old bread and dry sandwiches like dog treats, swishing with water between every bite and adding our own condiments. I shared my experience and was told the same thing happened to them a week prior."
