"I don’t normally like to leave reviews but I was disappointed in our dinner tonight. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a large fries with queso dip on the side. Everything was cold. The French fries were over cooked and stale. The queso dip felt like it came out of the fridge. And the burgers were room temperature. For the amount of money they charge, I expected a lot better. But what I got was worse than McDonald’s and at a premium price."

"Went in on wednesday night. They We're busy but they got the food out quickly. I pulled the manager to the side and told Her that the place always runs smoothly with her here and ive been coming for years. Always a good meal!"

"I ordered French fries today 12/31/23 via the app for a pickup time of 1:23pm. I picked up my order and arrived home to my dismay of the French fries being drenched in oil with no potatoe inside of them. The burgers did not have the sauce in them like they are suppose to come with. Talk about clogged veins and arteries. Smh."

"Ordered 3 vegfi burgers and all of them were super burned and completely unedible. I'm the begining we asked to take it out the fryer earlier because this has been a recurring problem. I've went to other burgerfi's across Florida and they have all listened when I ask them to remove the burger and half the time. The veggie burger doesn't have to follow a standard since there is no meat hence why they can do it. But the so-called manager was arguing they can't remove the burger earlier because it has cheese which doesn't make sense. You can eat cheese raw. When it showed at the table it was completely burnt. Crumbled to the touch. Then we asked for a refund and it took them 10 minutes to pull up our receipt which they couldn't even find."
