The incremental lessons has built my child’s confidence in the water and has also taught her discipline, she now sees swimming as a necessity and not just play time in the water. Indeed, the instructors were commendable; their dedication and skill are the sole reasons for my neutral rating. However, my overall experience was marred by significant organizational shortcomings. The lack of a structured schedule for students who progress at different paces is a major drawback. It’s crucial for a swim school to accommodate varied learning speeds, but unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here. Moreover, my attempts to discuss my son’s progress and next steps with Mr. Alan were met with unfulfilled promises. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no concrete feedback or guidance, leading to a sense of frustration and wasted time. In the end, I decided to transfer my son to another swim school with a more robust curriculum, one that aligns better with his learning pace and our expectations. While I genuinely appreciate the efforts of the teaching staff at SwimKids USA, the lack of organizational efficiency and communication significantly impacted our experience."
