"Food here always takes FOREVER to get, even when you order online ahead of time there's a wait. The food is fine, but for this long of a wait I may as well go to Sam's Club and have their $1.38 hotdog combo and save a bundle."

"The Wingstop at 1925B W. Brandon Blvd Brandon, Florida have the worst customer service and they served me spoiled chicken that they tried to cover up in wing sauce and seasoning but the smell ripped right through it and the chicken had black spots on it that wasn’t the seasoning.I spent $113.08 to be told by Thomas the General Manager that I was wrong and he was right and he hung up on me. When the Franchise owner told me to send him the pictures he got frustrated with me. I contacted Uber eats and I’m receiving a full refund and Waste Management can have those nasty wings. Be careful eating at that one they going to get you sick. They serve spoiled chicken"

"Such a hit or miss. We love the mild, garlic parm and lemon pepper boneless wings and their brownies. Always do online order for carry out. Today the sauce was just slopped on and almost not edible. The wings were extremely oily and the mild sauce was not good because they were sauced differently. Also with half being like the size of 1/4 of a chikfila nugget but breaded it felt like you’re biting a nugget but only getting breading and gulping the sauce or oil. Who wants to take a bite of oily breading? To be fair I’ve purchased in the past and the wings were decently size like some in the photos like one would expect and sauced perfectly. Until there’s a change it is not worth the money for us."

"I arrived at this terrible place expecting to eat some good chicken. We waited for about fifteen minutes just to order. There were so many people working back there, but it seemed like no one was doing anything and it was mass chaos. I was very clear with what I wanted to eat, but they still somehow got it wrong. The drinks were disgusting. None of them tasted how they were supposed to. I got 4 different kinds of drinks and they all failed to taste good. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food. There weren’t even that many people there. They smothered my chicken in disgusting barbecue that I didn’t ask for. The fries were soggy and squishy and had no salt or seasoning. There weren’t even any napkins or a trash can to throw away your trash so trash was left all over the tables. The bathrooms had no paper towels. I sat there for a minute drying my hands with the stupid air dryer things. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service there. Overall this place sucks hence why I rated 1 star. How disappointing."

"Got a wing FULL of feathers, called the manager on duty and he told me that he was the one saucing all the orders & didn't think he would serve that. He applied a $10 credit to my account, but I just wanted to bring it to his attention, not get money back on a restaurant I’m probably not going to order from again."
