"Management needs changed. Every time I come here there are employees just standing around talking and customers waiting to order. Employees eat over the food prep area and don’t wash their hands, rubbing their noses, running their hands through their hair without washing their hands, texting with gloves on their cellphones and not changing their gloves afterwards. The food is always on the verge of cold. If you want to be a manager, manage the place. You are the leader and your failure to educate and hold these kids accountable and responsible will ruin your business."

"If I could rate this place a negative five, I would. What I am angry the most about is that it had been one of the best Burger King locations I have visited in Florida – that is until recently. Apparently management has changed. Now it’s a drive-thru line that backs clear out of the property, which moves like a sloth at 2:30PM on a Sunday. Perhaps I could have understood if they were understaffed, but when I had to go inside to retrieve my credit card it was anything but understaffed. There was however a sense that no one really knew what they were doing and virtually no sense of urgency. This became even more evident when it took – the manager of all people– 5 minutes to re-ring the order. Perhaps she is new. Perhaps she will get better. Sadly, this restaurant has currently been thrown into chaos, and rarely are changes implemented to correct that sort of situation. It will be what it is until she gets better or is replaced. Therefore, the only small part I can play is to try to warn anyone who reads this simply not to go. You cannot erase a negative experience, so best to avoid it all together. It is still difficult for me to see this store go in the direction it has, but many things change, not always for the better, and all one can do is remember it the way it was."

"I had to tell 3 different people 4 times all I wanted was a double cheeseburger. They were so confused and first wanted to give me an impossible burger. Then proceeded to want to give me a double whopper. THEN looked INSIDE my car at the drive through and asked if MY OWN WATER was one I had ordered. I’ve never been so confused and appalled at the same time. This is America smh."

"If I could give 10 stars today I would. Upon driving up, we were greeted very politely by the person taking our order and our money, and they even struck a conversation with us that was overall pleasant. The food was delivered quickly to us, and the person giving us a food also was very polite making the overall experience very fast and decent compared to any other fast food restaurant I have been to so far. The food was miles away. From what I expected. The ingredients tasted fresh, even the lettuce on the burger seem like it was fresh stripped from a lettuce head, tomatoes seemed freshly cut, and the burger was absolutely delicious. Delicious. I love the broiled flavor of the burger they had, and the fries were on point and crispy but not too hard or soggy. On top of that, the size drink that we got with our meal was far more. What you would consider a large drink to be compared to other places like McDonald's, Taco, Bell, Wendy's, or any other restaurant like that. It makes me wish there were more Burger Kings in my general area. McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, sonic... You guys should take notes, because the king rules here haha!"
