"If your business had a zero ⭐️ choice. I would pick that. Along with the majority of the other reviews here. Pretty sure you know why. The way I see it is. The best way to make this company better. Is to hang a "CLOSED" sign on the front door there! I urge anyone seeking professional dental work. Please do your research, and seek multiple opinions! PS. FYI! This company is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration."
"Was told extractions for veterans are free. After being seen by Dr was told I needed two teeth pulled. Abbeville he was finished he showed me half a tooth. Ended up costing me $250 for one tooth. When the quote said $125. He tried to number my gum but started pulling as soon as the needle came out. I was telling him it wasn't number, he said sorry and pulled it out anyway. This place had nothing to do with helping Veterans. I'll be contacting the VA and the better business bureau."
"SCAM SCAM SCAM! They pulled out all of my dad's teeth, even the good ones! They gave him temporary "healing" dentures that didn't even fit; causing pain and damage to the bone in the process. They refused to provide him with another set. They kept making excuses and pushing appointments. They eventually told us they would not see him bc he wasn't a Veteran (MONTHS AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND PULLING OUT HIS TEETH)! The last day I was there I overheard them giving an elderly VETERAN the same spew of BS they gave me & my dad in the beginning. Like they say, of it's too good to be true, it probably is. It's sad they took advantage of people in such a vulnerable time in their life. Unforgivable. Shame on all of you who ran this evil scam."
"I want to start this review by saying what a disappointment my entire experience has been from start to finish. I saw an advertisement on Facebook for low cost/ free dental services for Veterans and their spouses. I contacted the establishment through email and was asked to gather documents such as proof of veteran status ( for my husband) and income verification for the family. I was then set an appointment a couple months out. When I arrived for my appointment, I tried to sow my income verification to the front desk and they asked me to save it for the billing coordinator. I went back for my appointment and they took a few x-rays and the dentist took a very quick look into my mouth and made some notes. ( 10 minutes tops). I was then asked to go into the billing/ scheduling office. The employee ( Carmen I believe) then started to break down the different recommended treatments. The first recommendation was a cleaning- which shocked me because I had just underwent a deep cleaning 1 week earlier. They also recommended a bridge and said the payment would be $1800. At this point I asked again if she would like to see my income verification, and she said it will only save you $5 per tooth, so its not really required. The information they had previously conveyed was that treatment was free if I fall below a certain income for my household. I asked about this, and she acted like she had no idea what I meant. Regardless, I needed the bridge so I paid $900 to schedule my appointment ( 3 months out) and agreed to pay the remaining $900 on the day of the service. After about 2 months I was surprised to find the $900 being refunded to my account with no explanation. I spent the next 3 days trying to get someone on the phone. I called time after time and left several messages. Finally I had my husband drive down to the dentist office to ask what had happened. They said they had called me to let me know they no longer treat the spouses of veterans. That could not be farther from the truth. They never contacted me. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. They should have at least honored my appointment since this was months in the making. Then not to answer the phone or return calls but claim they spoke to me. This is ridiculous. Weeks after this happened, I received a call from a Rochelle, I assume she is the new billing/scheduler. I was at work when she called and she left a message. I immediately tried to call her back and got the same recording as before. I tried to call 6 times yesterday and left another message. At this point, I would not even trust them to do my work as they are so unprofessional in every way."
"I came in and had my cleaning done…. Had a whole treatment plan put together. I have been emailing, calling and left SEVERAL MESSAGES over the past 2 weeks bc I am in serious pain. They won’t even return my call and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! How is this “Faith Smile Foundation” Good luck getting ahold of anyone at the place. Very disappointed"
