"Great wings but in Wesley Chapel it's nothing to wait one hour minimum. The staff fixes one order at a time instead of cooking like 50 wings and splitting them up between orders. Tonight ordered online waited 55 minutes then drove in. Waited another 90 minutes. So a total of 2.5 hours for wings that take about 8 minutes to cook. They need help here."

"So I’ve been going to this wingstop for two years now and before the service was bad but I think it’s under new management because it’s so different! Everyone is so nice and efficient. Nobody ignores you, you’re fretted as soon as you walk in. Also they let me double check my order as I was there and verified with me! I love how they are running things"

"Called in order for take out. Was charged for a 52oz simply lemonade I didn't receive. Had to call 4 times before able to speak with someone after leaving me on hold never coming back to the phone one time even leaving the phone on the counter where I can hear everything going on and then them disconnecting the call. Very unprofessional. Won't be back to this location anytime soon if ever."

"Update: well we tried it again and food was ready on time but tasted HORRIBLE. Ordered 30 mango habenero wings and no sauce really on them and just tasted gross. Definitely NOT Habenero. The ranch dip tasted like the smell of bug spray. Will never go back. Would not recommend to anyone to go here except maybe the health department! I keep trying to love this place but they make it difficult. I placed an order at 5:10pm online today and was sent a confirmation email stating food would be ready in 23-28 minutes and I paid ahead. I get there at 5:45pm (after time promised) and was told they are cooking it, so I don't get my food until 5:57pm. Then I get home with our Boneless wings and it was a joke. I would not even call all of them a wing. Some were barely the size of a quarter. A chicken nugget is bigger by far. I paid for 50 boneless chicken wings and 20 of them were more like popcorn chicken. For the price you are better off going to Hooters, Wing House or even Beef O'Brady's because at least you are getting what you pay for. Very disappointing because I am a fan of their wings☹"
