"I was craving some JA food after having visiting JA & having real Jamaican food, I was a little skeptical but decided to give it a try. The lady at the front counter greeting me with her warm presence & thick accent-I loved it! Brought back memories from being there. I decided to eat the food later on & I was happy to get that sweet authentic JA taste! I have never ate rice & beans in my life but now I understand what the fuss was all about! Everything was great, from the sweet plaintains-cabbage & chicken! If you are ever in the Brandon/Tampa area…visiting this place is a must!"

"The patties here are the best I’ve ever had - just the perfect amount of spiciness! The older lady who works front of house is so kind. The jerk chicken was not my favorite but there are a lot of other menu choices that I am looking forward to trying! The price point is very reasonable and the dining room is both clean and relaxed."

"The food is "okay". The curry chicken has actually been good both times I've ordered but the brown stew chicken didn't taste fresh and the ketchup taste was loud. I'd be reluctant to refer this place since they messed up the brown stew. But they're beef patties are pretty good and supposedly they're made fresh from scratch according to the lady who runs the front."
