"Unprofessionalism at its finest. I called 7 times and was hung up on each time. Instead of saying please hold they pick the phone up and put it right back down. My reasoning of even calling is how my sister and mother was treated about 15 mins ago for doing a cash back transaction. The cashier told my sister “it’s way too early for all of that.” No. That is not how you handle that situation or any situation this early in the morning.. She could of simply said that they aren’t doing any cash back transactions at this time and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Instead they were met with attitudes and poor customer."

"Cashier's are always friendly and considerate. I left my deodorant in a bag on the counter after purchasing it a couple years ago and the manager allowed me to get another when I returned. Superior customer service, honestly the best! I try to avoid Williston for the most part, but Family Dollar is one of the few shops that don't treat me like I'm less than them. Greatly appreciate my local Family Dollar. Definitely recommended, always great deals and clean aisles! Easy to access parking and helpful staff."

"The store was neat and very well maintained. But the manager retired and the store is now as bad as the Dollar General in Williston, FL. The isles are cluttered and there is merchandise that needs to be put away. They have a sale sign posted by one get one half off winter wear but will not honor the sign."
