"The foods good but as far as the tostones they are never fresh. I mean these need to be cooked when ordering not from sitting from a past order. They need to be fresh not chewy"

"Never can seem t get your order right. Especially if you order online. Other than that, the food is pretty decent. I recommend the Cuban as it is pretty good for the price and it being on campus."

"They gave someone else my order, then when the person brought it back they did nothing to replace the items inside, waited a minute then handed the order back to me. This feels extremely unsanitary, especially with a lot of illness going around during this time of year. Thoroughly disappointed."

"The food is very good, and there are so many new and interesting flavor combinations to try. I have been there twice, once for a custom bowl, and once more for the chicken blt. Both were superb and delicious! The only thing I don't like about the chain is that refills cost extra whereas most other places give them for free. Still amazing food though!"

"Great food, good prices, gets very busy around 12-1. The staff does a good job handling it, however sometimes when it's not busy at all, I stand directly in front of the counter waiting to ask for something and no one comes over for 5-10 minutes. And I'm not the kind of person to tell across the counter that I need something."
