Jada was the person that took my order and prepared it she demonstrated fantastic customer service skills which as someone who works in customer service it is always great to see someone with such exceptional skills like Jada. Kiersten also helped with my order and ensured I was well taken care of and enjoyed my food these employees contributed to amazing food, amazing service, and an amazing atmosphere! (The cheesesteak was amazing!)"

"Let me just start by saying that everything we’ve ordered from Capriotti’s has been good, but let me tell you… The American Wagyu French Dip is over the top AMAZING!!! My husband always gets something different than me and then eats my leftovers when I’m not looking. LOL But let me tell ya, he smelled the fabulous aroma and saw the creamy, melted cheese so he asked for ONE bite. Ha!! He devoured.half of my sandwich in seconds!"

"I grew up on the East Coast eating my steak sandwich from here. I was pleasantly surprised to see them in Florida. I live in Missouri and feel like someone needs to open one of these it St. Louis! The food and service are always amazing, and I can't wait to go back. Always my first stop after getting off the plane."

"I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 small with extra meat and double Swiss cheese, punny little thing with tasted great but was gone in 3 average bites, $10. Second sandwich $30+ large 18 steak and cheese with double meat. Glad I made it double meat to bad I didn’t order double mushrooms and onion, but no option was offered. Good steak but it was well done, wish I had and option not to dry the meat out so much making it well done but it did have lots of crispy edges that was tasty. I ordered it delivery so not much I could do once delivered. The capastrami I loved the taste but not worth $10 for a finger sandwich it was a total ripoff! The cheese steak I will make sure to order in person so I can make sure it’s cooked right. Overall it didn’t have enough cheese by no means much less onions missing all together and 2 mushrooms not cutting it with that 18 inches. I think I’m being very generous with 3 stars ✨"
