"I ordered my food through the mobile app and got my food pretty quickly. The order was correct and the food was warm and good. This is important to me because I usually have issues with mobile orders."

"The food is about what you'd expect from McDonalds. The usual better than nothing option, especially in the hospital. The lady who took my order was very kind, but she did miss the only special instruction I had (asked for no cheese). Not sure if she didnt hear me. I asked her again to clarify and she just shouted to the back "no cheese on those burgers" with no reply. The order came quick, of course with cheese. Thankfully it didn't have time to melt so it came off easily enough. Again, she was very kind, but if you're paying for a service its nice to get what you ask for. The atmosphere in the seating area looked like it hasn't been cleaned for several hours and it stunk like a gas station bathroom. In summary, get your food and find a nice place to eat somewhere around TGIH. They have some nice benches outside!"

"Need more friendly people and willing to work. Service is very slow, too pricey for breakfast and a small coffee. There's no customer service, I had to take the main entrance and walk inside to the McDonald's, the guard was very rude . I got late for my appointment. This is not acceptable"

"This Place is a Wreck! Monitors are broken. No order update screen. Self check out doesn't issue receipts. I mean wow! Wash Room was horrible. Your workplace is a reflection of how you live outside of work! I'd avoid this location at all costs and will do so in the future!"

"I asked for a caramel frappe and it had more ice than coffee itself. I also asked and paid for an additional caramel drizzle and they did not execute so I had to get back up and ask them to add it. Both workers laughed and the cashier, was serving me while also dealing with money. She did not wash her hand."
