"Waited almost 30 mins to receive two subs. Took the staff 10 minutes to even greet us and take our order. Soda machine needs service, no ice, all sodas flat, and most syrups gone. Not worth the time and money"

"I ordered the chicken chopped salad online and my DIL ordered the firehouse steak and cheese. We didn’t check it out because we trusted that whoever put the order together would do so correctly. My chop salad had remnants of chicken pieces which didn’t even equal up to a quarter cup. This was spread all over a bed of lettuce and nothing more and the firehouse, steak and cheese hardly had any steak but a huge amount of mayo. We were not happy and very disappointed. We will not be ordering from this location again. This was located in Carrollwood."

"The staff very unprofessional, wouldn't pay attention to customers request. Then when it was convenient for them to deal with customers. They ignored the request. This is not the first time this has happened. I glad to go to another sub place(jersey Mike's). Thank you for not servicing."

"Stopped by for a quick lunch. It was very busy and with limited staff, wait time was almost 30min. Would have been better if music was being played while waiting. Coke freestyle machine either needed to be serviced or have the bibs changed. Don’t recommend unless you’re really crave a sandwich"
