"review for parking only. i had to drop someone off for a procedure and park. WHAT A HASSLE. literally EVERY SPOT was taken but 3 spots on the ROOF of the parking garage. I couldn’t imagine being older and have to come here. I would die of a stress attack before I ever got to the door."

"My grandmother's surgery arrival was originally scheduled for 6am then moved to noon, called back to pre-op at 2pm. Received call at 310pm that there were 2 patients in front of her but it "shouldn't be too long" . Next call at 530pm, they're cleaning the OR then taking her back. The surgery reception area is now deserted. Even the office staff left. Here I sit...waiting for someone to tell me she's out of surgery and in recovery. I understand delays can happen but a 7.5 hour delay?? Shameful."

"Be very careful taking your family member here. Trying to locate them after you drop them off in an emergency room is almost impossible. I’ve been passed around hung up on and then given the wrong Room number. I am the only person who helps my father. In the family. They also lost his wallet. You must keep an eye on everything. It’s an hour later and things just keep getting worse. All they do is keep passing around to different locations. I feel almost they put a note in the system so that way they know to do it. It’s a sad day when you feel that the VA hospital don’t want to help veterans"

"What are the best Hospital I’ve ever been. Top facility doctors and nurses amazing professional all deserve five stars. There is Care they make you feel comfort they cheer you up they thank you and make you feel safe most of all. Every single one from the doctors to the janitors deserve five star awards. I think all of them from the bottom of my heart. So does my family.♥️"
