"Went to this location this morning and noticed a big line in the drive thru. There were 5 customers inside complaining that they had been waiting about 10 minutes for their orders. I decided to go thru the drive thru and say there in a long line for 10 minutes more before I even made it 5 feet from the menu screen. I gave up and went to the Interbay and Dale Mabry location and made through the line under 5 minutes. Never going back to the Gandy/Manhattan location again."

"Bottom line: today is the last time we will visit this McDonald’s Food: sandwiches and fries were good; chocolate shake tasted minty (not my favorite flavor, thus the 3) Service: ordered using the mobile app, but required to go inside to pick up the order; once inside, it feels like the drive-through has higher priority than the mobile order pick up folks Atmosphere: because of the Service, the Atmosphere is tense as many are waiting longer than anticipated"

"Not much of anything was going on when I got there, maybe a few cars in the drive thru. Tell me why it still took 15 min to get my food? The manager seemed like he was having a bad day and thanked me for being patient after I asked about food coming out front. Better service necessary"

"Came here when they weren't busy. Really friendly and clean. Ordered my usual of 2 McDouble with no buns and extra veggies. They really went out and made sure my food was neatly presentable when bringing it out. One of the better McDonald's I've been too."

"My wife and I have been regular coffee drinkers at McDonald's for years, occasionally picking up meals for our kids. While I used to enjoy McDonald's burgers frequently 15 years ago, my wife had never tasted one. On seeing a sign for a new store, she asked me to stop so she could finally try one. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the door and walked to the ordering machines by a lady who then gave us our order number. She also asked if we wanted any sweets and complimented my wife's hair and my attire. We sat down to wait for our food and were shocked to hear someone yelling at the lady who had helped us earlier to leave and stop pretending to work there. Confused, we asked the lady who later came out from the back what had happened, and she informed us that the other lady often came and pretended to work there. When we received our burgers, they were not made correctly, but an employee quickly fixed the issue, and a kind gentleman even offered to take the first incorrect ones. Overall, it was an unusual experience, not necessarily negative, but quirky.
