Panera Bread

"Place has gone downhill. Ordered to-go this evening. Sandwich was cold and had very little toppings. Soups were mostly broth (broccoli cheddar/chicken noodle). The bread that comes with the meals has changed significantly and nothing like it use to be. Like most big corporations they only care about the bottom line, not the customer. Will not be returning."

"Panera used to be a quality place. The quality of service has declined drastically. I ordered a sandwich and they forgot the chicken. I took it back to the counter... and they made a new one. I went back to sit down to drink my soup while it's hot. What made it worse was they never brought it out to me. They had it sitting at the counter for 15mins waiting for me to get it. The staff was young and did not care to alert me it was ready..."

"Food was good. Cinnamon roll, turkey BLT avocado, squash soup, cinnamon crunch bagel all very good. Great place to meet friends as not rushed out when talking. Service in not part of the experience however service tip is requested when ordering. Overall a good experience and would return."

"One of my favorite places to hang out. The staff here are super friendly. The dining area is always clean and constantly swept up. The food is great, of course, as always. Plenty of indoor seating, as well as some outdoor options when the weather is nice. I do recommend the sip club as well! Always nice to stop in for a drink of coffee or charged lemonade here. It’s great if you want to stop in and study or meet up as well. Plenty of available tables near outlets if you need to keep a laptop charged while you’re working."
