"SoFresh really is so fresh; I am always impressed by how flavorful the bowls are. The veggies are top notch and the meats are perfectly cooked and seasoned. I stop in on Fridays every few weeks for lunch on-the-go and the service is quick, and the food is fresh and gives me the perfect protein boost for my busy work day."

"Food is delicious. Service is never good. I keep coming here because of the flavor. However, I stood for 10 minutes waiting to get a lid to take the rest of my food. I knocked on the door to the kitchen and even called from my cell phone, thinking someone would come out to the phone. No one came to answer the phone and I still stood there unacknowledged. I finally ended up throwing my perfectly good half a meal away. I’m pretty sure I saw employee walk out and sit in their car. Encourage the owners to look at the cameras so they can see the unknown attentiveness of their store."

"Ordered SoFresh for the first time through UberEats. I’m sad to say that I wasn’t impressed. The chopped cauliflower had no flavor, the chicken breast was dry, tasted steamed, and the rice was also dry. I will say, the broccoli was really good, wish they would’ve put more in there since I only got like three pieces. The sauce (as others have mentioned) only covered about half of my dish. This was a bit of a let down seeing as that was the only thing that was giving the dish flavor. I was really hoping this place would be delicious as I’ve been looking for healthy places to eat on this side of town. What a let down, don’t think I’ll be ordering again unfortunately."

"I don’t usually complain but this was unacceptable quality. I ordered a wrap classic wrap with grilled chicken.. the lettuce was like frozen then thawed iceberg. The wrap was so soggy if fell apart in my hand and the worst part is the chicken was grey."

"Went to the Carolwood SoFresh for the 1st time. As expected, my food was delicious. It was hot and exactly as I had ordered it. I ate the vegetable schiracha bowl with crispy tofu and my husband enjoyed the California bowl with citrus chicken. I have no complaints about the food or the price I paid for it. That's said, the dining room needed a deep clean. The metal chair legs were covered in a black goo, as if they had been hit by a dirty mop on many many occasions. The walls were scuffed and it just felt generally dirty. On a better note, the chef was rocking. He had on the Greatest Song in the World and made me a rocking bowl. Not sure I'll return to this location, but SoFresh maintains its place on the list of great fresh food at a good price."
