"Got our order right and was done in a timely manner, service was friendly, can't ask for more from McDonald's!"

"I went to McDonald's on 12/20/23 at 1130pm and I ordered a burger. I got home and as I was eating the burger there was hair in the burger. Not just one hair but alot of hair. I was so disgusted I vomited the burger. Why are these managers not doing there jobs making sure the employees are wearing their hair nets when serving food. The ridiculous part is people will still keep eating here.Never will I eat here again."

"This is one of best I visit so far. The eating area is super clean and what I can see over the counter. The parking lot and the landscaping spotless clean and beautiful. The attendants very nice, cashier and food delivery to the table best ever. Hope they keep the good customer service and restaurant the way it is, clean and beautiful. My breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty, my coffee delicious. GREAT JOB employees and management."

"Mobile app order pick up via drive thru. They gave my food to someone else and they put their hands all over it and then gave it back. Didn't say anything was on lunch. I go and realize how greasy and cold the fries were. I go into the store and asked for new ones. I see a girl and a guy talking behind the counter and they looked at me a few times and never asked if I needed anything. I had to ask them for help. The girl behind the counter started laughing and complaining that I am asking for new fries and why. I asked her what she had said and she said that everyone is complaining about the fries. Well maybe if they weren't made up and then lined up, they wouldn't be so greasy and cold. She continued to make fun of me with the manager right there and co-workers. I was so embarrassed. The manager never did anything and of course I am the crazy one. I was not rude or nasty just asked for new fries. I called and a manager answered and I explained what just occurred and he said he was not there but immediately knew who the girl was? If you weren't there then how did you know who it was? I am over these people being rude and just not professional. I will never ever return to this location. I think they didn't think I understood Spanish. Well surprise young lady I heard everything you said. If you like greasy and cold fries then you can eat them not me."

"I ordered two chicken sandwiches, they were both burnt one had the the toppings completely off the burger, a total mess, the buns were even burnt!!! The fried chicken looked like it came from the bottom of the fryers and they've not changed their oil for a week! I brought them back and the manager didn't say so much as I'm sorry just immediately offered me a refund, leaving me to believe this is something that happens often and was no surprise to her! I will not be returning here and don't recommend this location! We went right up the road to Burger King and got fresh chicken sandwiches for about the same price. They were not burnt and came out fresh! And 3X the size!"
