"Our loved one was at PAM in Sarasota for over a month in respiratory rehab. The entire team was excellent. They were professional and compassionate. The environment was clean and welcoming to visitors. By the time my parent was discharged we knew a lot of staff by name and had gotten to know some of the staff through their friendly conversation. I understand that every person's experience in this type of setting will be different, but my family highly recommends this facility based on our shared experiences there."

"A friend of mine recomended PAM hospital for my son who was in ICU for a week and needed an additional treatment and monitoring of his condition. From his admittion to his discharge, our experience at PAM was excellent. Staff members are professional, kind and caring. It was easy to obtain info and speak with my son's doctors, nurces and case workers. Everybody showed a great deal of concern for the well being of my son, and we both felt that he was safe and in good hands there. Everyone, without exception, was helpful and treated us with understanding, compassion and respect. In addition, my son's room was always clean and sanitised. "I was in a coma and on a ventilator due to Covid at Sarasota Memorial last year from January 2022 until the end of March. I was transferred to PAM, where I woke up and recovered for about a month. I felt very blessed to have those on the staff there taking care of me during that life-changing event. I have gone from deaths door and not being able to talk or walk to being fully functional and back at work for over a year now. Thanks again for doing a great job!"

"This is one of the worst Hospitals my husband was in. You page for someone to help you they don't come for hours. My husband was confined to bed after having a stroke. He ended up with a huge bed sore. They would come in to debrief it and not give hm any pain Medicine. My Husband did NOT have a DNR. One Dr would come visit him when no one was in the room and tell he should have a DNR. He kept saying to him He would not want to live. Two weeks later my husband decided he wanted to die and he Chose to stop Dialysis and was gone two days later. I tried to get him out of that hospital they would not do it. If you value your life or the life of people you love don't take them here."

"I was recently in PAM for about 14 days! Doctor C (Chimielski) was outstanding one of the best people I have ever met! Dr.Ordamen was terrific in her follow up and concern! Michael the PT was fantastic and got you right up and moving! The areas that do need some work are the nursing and assistant staff! It takes hours to get to the potty! They want you to wear a catheter which doesn’t work so well! They demand they be there so you don’t fall (and sue them) but it appears they are too busy! I was once left waiting for a back to bed assist for over an hour!! Sitting on the potty chair the whole time! Unacceptable! The late night assistant Tom put them all to shame by getting the job done and also Jackie was pretty good but she played favorites!"
