"Bad service and slow at completing orders. There was no business and it took over 20 minutes to get one order out. To top it off there was a manger in here chilling on her phone but still waiting on an order that shouldn’t have taken over 20 minutes with no business going on."

"I was on hold for 20 minutes. I called back. It must have took the phone off the hook as it didn't ring again. Then when I got there all my old my order was completely wrong. They were very rude. I asked him to see the manager. They said our man's just not working so I'll walk in and I see the manager in the gray shirt sitting in the back. I asked to see the manager again. The manager comes up to me, he goes. What do you want? I say I was on hold for 20 minutes before I came here to make sure you guys had my order corrects and then when I get here the little girl in the window was very rude and said there's no manager here. The next thing I know they're cursing out. My girlfriend cursing me out. Two people were outside of smoking marijuana and they refused my service after I paid online and didn't give my food. I'm going to contact the corporation number or franchise number because I have their names so I would recommend never going to that. Wendy's or the one on 34th Street?"

"When was the last time you had a burger that looked like it was made by someone who like making burgers? And it tasted fresh."

"Can’t speak for the food because the service was non existent. We sat there in the drive thru a few minutes before someone answered and once they did we attempted to order at which point they just completely stopped responding and went silent on us. We drove away and sure enough they were just standing there chillin minding their own business, refusing to take our order"

"A quick drive through is what I needed with time and service it was great. The line moved quickly."
