"Awesome "burgers" at Proper Meats..the Sticky Pig slow pulled pork, sticky asian sauce, and southern slaw! The BMAC burger...smashed pattie, mac the cheese, queso and bacon sdd in some 3bq Beans and fries and you're set! Great crew and the food was excellent! Some great blues playing on the sound system in the background was a nice touch too!"

"I had the duck confit sandwich and it was easily one of the best and most unique sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. The fries were also excellent and the portion size puts every other restaurant I’ve eaten at or ordered from to shame considering the cost of fries these days. My three-year old also loves the fries. I will 100% be ordering from here again. Just incredible."

"Nice people. But the burger wasn’t on par with what I’ve come to expect from an excellent smash burger. Fries were good. No beer or wine - which will make it hard to survive if the food quality doesn’t improve. I wish this place the best."

"My husband was excited to try this place because he loves meat. We went on a Friday for lunch. Lunch for 3 people was $63. We got the brisket grilled cheese, the fried chicken sandwich and a brisket sandwich. The chicken sandwich was made with frozen chicken tenders. The Mac n cheese was pretty good. The food is very heavy for me. The beans are cooked in a rich sauce and seem to have cooked for a long time. If you like buttery, cheesy, greasy, meaty food…then you’ll love this place. The location is obviously expensive, I feel like that’s what you’re paying for, not necessarily the food or the experience."
