"Tony the RN in the emergency department needs to return to kindergarten to learn how to communicate to people without being passive-aggressive. I understand that the profession is difficult, but he chose it. My grandmother was transported from her home via ambulance. I watched her from the ER waiting room window being placed in her room. It was a zoo. I asked the nurse if she would allow me in because my grandmother is extremely hard of hearing and I have all of her medical history saved on my phone to be able to present to them to try and make it easier. She let me in. I waited in the hallway outside of her door since the room is small to allow him and another nurse space to work. He then comes in the hallway and talks to me like a child. Then later when I asked a completely different nurse for a mere glass of water for my grandma, Tony appears again and barks "NO SHE CANT HAVE ANY RIGHT NOW!". Which I understand may be because of testing or whatever, but she and I would have no way of knowing that and there were 1000000 nicer ways of saying that to someone who is just scared and trying to be nice to their 86 year old grandma. Do better. You're responsible for your own emotions no matter how hard your job is."

"Had my wife taken to the stand alone ER on SR70 because she was passing out. ER doc figured she was slightly dehydrated and blood test revealed nothing. He wanted to send her home for bed rest. I asked for her to remain in the facility for a few hours to regain her strength but the doc stated they weren't a hotel and he really needed the treatment room. Yet the facility was empty within and in the parking lot. The doc said they could escort my wife into my truck and I was concerned when we got home if she could safely get back into the house. A comment was made that I could possibly get a neighbor to help me and I refused that scenario. So I asked if I could speak to the doc's boss but he said he didn't have one. I reminded the doc everyone has a boss but he started charging me with threatening him and had me removed from the treatment room. The doc soon after came out into the lobby to speak about my wife's care but I wouldn't speak with him to avoid any further confrontation or accusations. I found out later my wife passed out in the treatment room after I was removed. Further testing discovered pneumonia and a lowered heart beat resulting in a 3.5 day stay in the main hospital. I reported the chain of events to the hospital management and got nothing but an assurance that they take complaints seriously. The only way to find out what disciplinary actions were taken would require a lawsuit and that's an expensive endeavor. No formal apology or concessions were offered. Think again if you think your best interests are being protected."

"I had Knee surgery on April 13 2022 and paid my bill in full before surgery. Had a great experience I thought BUT THEN!!!!! Listen to my story!!!!!! 13 months after my surgery I got a bill of$235.94 . they blame my insurance company so I called my insurance company and they said my bill is zero everything is paid. They take no responsibility and the insurance company has called them four times and they will not pick up the phone. I have actually been on the line when the call was going through and the hospital will not pick up the phone. I have paid two installments of five dollars so I could get this taken care of. . They have cashed both checks and today I get a threat that I will be taken to a collection agency and they have not even taken the amount that I have paid off my total. How do I know if I would pay this bill that I do not owe that they won’t send me another one in 12 months or 13 months, or however, long! I pray, I will never have to go to hospital again. Medical bills are high enough without having to pay for them more than once ! Please be careful, if you can go to a different hospital, I would unless you like to pay your bills more than once! I will be contacting BBB also!!! If this is ok to do it does you no good paying your BILLS!!!!!!!"

"I went to the ER yesterday and was very happy with the Quick and caring staff And the overall professional setting. Dr. Reynolds was the ER doctor on site and she was wonderful.!! I thought I would be in there for hours, but they were very efficient Which made for a much better experience. my follow up was equally stellar… The team of Patty in registration, Jennifer, in triage, and Amanda, the practitioner were truly amazing!! Amanda went Above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need for post care. I can’t say enough good things about the doctors hospital!!!"
