"My mother was on the receiving end of a fender bender on the gulf islands national seashore. I first called the non-emergency number considering there were no injuries and only minor damage to the bumper of her car. The lady connected me to someone in Tallahassee without explaining to me who it was. The lady in Tallahassee could not find our location, told me she would call me back, and hung up. I then called 911. The 911 dispatcher connected me back to the Santa Rosa Sherriffs office. They told me they would send an officer. We waited for 40 minutes before we finally left. Unbelievable."
