"Really nice staff and delicious food. But for me, I cannot get over the piercing alarm that rings every single time the door opens. I wanted to stay a while and work, but that noise was just so insanely loud and incessant that I had to leave. Cannot go here if you're looking to stay, and honestly even just for ordering it's so piercing I might choose Dunkin instead. Edit: I'm hoping you might ask the Rally to change their door noise, I do not want a coupon. The people who work there must be sick of it!"

"Horrible customer service! I ordered an ice coffee with ice on the side so it doesn’t get watered down and these people filled the coffee up to 1/3 the cup and told me that’s all they could give me. AFTER I PAID NEARLY 5 dollars for it! I’m todays day and age it seems Einsteins is taking the cake for RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! won’t be back. You’ve lost my respect. I wrote to their corporate office and heard no response back."
