"Pressed Cuban is very good. Associate at the registry asked me to put away my bought ((payed!!!!) She wants to spray the counter while I waited for my Cuban sandwich...nothing other to understand than a customer is good to pay but she needs to wipe away their coming to the shop. Mental issue I think."

"I eat the same exact breakfast sandwich from this place 3x a week. The lady who works the register with a very disgusting attitude always wears a hat can never get my order right. And every single time she tries to blame it on me or any customer who's order she has messed up. She has the most disgusting look on her face and the most disgusting attitude to match the hateful way she is to the customers. She must need hearing aids with as many times as she has messed up my simple food order. When I called to speak to the manager she made an excuse up that the manager was too busy to talk to me and they wouldn't be available until after 3pm which was close to 4 hrs from the time she was disrespectful in the store. Can't get my food order right and then tells me to stand over there and get out of her face. First of all, shes lucky I didn't drag her over that counter talking to me like that. Secondly, if she hates her job that bad then she should choose a different career or go back to school and don't work in public service. Shes the one who chose that life and that career choice, nobody else did! So if she doesnt like what she's doing for a living she should look for a new job where she doesn't have any interaction with people!"

"I have eaten Italian sandwiches from here in the past but this time was such a 180 and I am done ordering from here. This sandwich had little meat on it, lettuce was starting to turning brown and bread tasted like it was 2 days old. Worst experience from this place."

"The Cubans are amazing! They are a must get when we come down from Ohio. The deli is definitely the main attraction here but the rest of the store is pretty good as well. Pretty much your run of the mill store with pretty large selections of everything."
