"Had a mobile order counter pickup, the app said it was ready, but waited at the counter another 15/20 minutes bc the staff were all confused-i think they mark orders as completed (before completing) to keep their serving time stats at an acceptable level. But once they do this, the order is no longer visible on their screen.. which leads to mass confusion & chaos. A couple of people from drive through came inside due to missing/wrong items. The staff was very nice though- they mean well"

"The employees are rude and lazy. They messed up our order(a simple happy meal) and literally yelled at us through the drive through window because they didn’t notice on the order that we paid via the app. Very disrespectful people. We won’t go back."

"Checked online before heading out and Google said it was open 24 hours. Went there a little after 11PM and they still had all the lights on. Rolled through drive through and the worker started taking my order through the intercom. After I placed my order he got on the intercom and said they decided to close and they weren't gonna make my order that I just placed with him. The kid said it with such a smugness. I was in disbelief as to how a business could be open and take your order and then just decide they didn't want to be open anymore and not fulfill their duties. Who runs this place? Does the District Manager or franchise owner have any idea how terrible this place is? Do they even care? Right next door you have a Chick-fil-A that operates like a well oiled machine. Maybe the Managers and owners should study the competition and implement it in their business. Joke of a store and snotty workers."

"Unfortunately the Quarter Pounder that my Better Half ordered was extremely salty, almost as though salt was just dumped on it. We had the order to go, so it would have been to much to try and go back to get it replaced. The McChicken and fries were good though. It's unfortunate how just one thing can ruin a meal"

"We went through the drive thru .We were both hungry and ordered a quarter pounders.They were pretty good .I do think they were a bit greasy.I find these day's that the prices for 2 quarter pounders are expensive . We are paying for convince .Someone might find my review to harsh, and I feel that it is an honest review."
