"Specifically ordered Wendy's for the peppermint Frosty. Ordered ahead and just went to pick up. Chili was good as usual, but they were out of the peppermint Frosty. Just handed me a vanilla one and told me to try after Christmas. An "I'm sorry" or the offer of a refund would have been nice! Probably won't return to that one."

"This was a very unfortunate experience. Those who had the food preparation in charge failed to provide any sort of quality in the food they sold. The image of the state of the baked potatoe that was served was a testament to this lack of quality and a severe lack of integrity or human decency. The potatoe was obviously overcooked till it had blackened on the outside. There was a visible sore on the outside of the potatoe, and the inside was complete mush almost to the consistency of slime. To allow an employee to serve something like this, knowing that everything that goes out that door or window is a representation of not only the establishment but also the brand. If corporate sees this review, they may want to speak with those who allowed this to happen and help get it corrected. Eating this would have probably got someone sick. I wouldn't even allow my 9 year old boxer to eat this. Wendy's at the Ulmerton Largo, Fl location gets no stars and has some serious issues to resolve. -The Taurian Chef"

"Great service, food is always fresh and hot. The rear entrance to the parking lot is a little wonky but it works. Always greeted with a smile. Good value too! Can't go wrong with Wendy's, and I'm glad they're doing breakfast right!"
