"I will not go school i out"
"I had my son in this school but the one in Milton on Avalon I was not happy with it all they did was play games watch movies and draw all day they passed him from the fourth grade to the fifth grade and when he started that school he can read it a almost 4th grade level when he ended the school year he wasn't even able to read at a kindergarten level cuz they say you either use what you've learned are you lose it and that's what happened basically the school at the Milton Avalon campus is nothing but a daycare they watch your children they only have them playing games watching movies and coloring and drawing all day they don't teach them anything I do not recommend the school to anyone.they gave him straight A's all year long then at the end of the year they did testing and the testing stated that he was below grade level but he made straight A's all year but yet he is below grade level it doesn't make sense they couldn't show me any work that he did throughout the year cuz he didn't do any at all what work they did give me it had teachers handwriting and other students does names on it don't take your child to the school they say it's a special needs school and do the best school in town if you want your child to learn anything in the school don't take them to the school I give them a negative 10 *"
"Is this that little Montessori School right next to East Hill Christian academy and ozone? I've never actually attended this school , but I think it is so cute and I went to a super interesting workshop here and LOVED it!"
"East Hill Academy has changed everything for my grandson and I since moving to North West Florida. After attending public schools for the past 7 years, my grandson, now 12 has found a place where his SPD and related challenges are addressed and accepted. I believe the school has the children's best interest in mind and although not everything is perfect, it is the best for us. The grounds are quite small. The classrooms are small but the staff tries to make the best of the confined situation. I never worry about safety for my grandson and only wish the local community would get more involved to help this small but important jewel on Garden Street. Why not 5 stars? Well, I see some room for improvement but hey isn't that everywhere? Do I agree with everything the schools does? No, but I certainly feel that it is the best solution for our family now."
