"I went to this location about a week ago with my friend. When we went in, it was very clear that they were busy and understaffed. I understand things can get hectic and overwhelming, but the very least someone could do was greet us and say they would be with us in a minute. When we placed our order, it took almost over an hour to get our order out. We sat in the lobby and watched as other people were getting frustrated at how long they were waiting and seeing people leave upset. When we finally got our pizza and got to the car, we checked it and realized we were handed pepperoni. Awfully annoyed, we walked back in and told them about the mistake they made and they said to keep the one we got and then handed us the actual pizza we ordered. The only reason I did not write a review then was because the manager seemed to be a little apologetic and we ended up with two pizzas. I am writing now because this past Sunday I went with my same friend to get the pizza we enjoy, and we were about to experience the same problem. We walked in, and a girl looked right at us and continued prepping some breadsticks with no gloves, without so much as a hello, a smile, or even a "I'll be right there". When she finished whatever she was doing, she walked right off in the back to do God knows what and still not an iota of acknowledgment to us. My friend and I stood there for roughly five whole minute before deciding that we should just start taking our business elsewhere."

"Well came in this store this evening. Stood in line for 10 mins with a lobby full No one even greets anyone. Finally order our food. Lady in the back with no gloves no hat. Making our food. Rubs her face and nose doesn’t even wash her hands. Keeps on making food. Nasty. No one in that store was wearing gloves but one person or hats. One kid hand gloves on taking orders and money. Not even changing his gloves goes to the back to help make food. Come home to eat or food. Find hair in my food. Not sure if your crew have been trained the correct way or have passed a serve safe. Maybe you guys need to do a retrain the staff and management."

"I prefer my pizza well done, so that’s how I order it and I don’t mind waiting for them to make it. Today, I ordered it well done and the kid behind the counter hands me a hot-n-ready. I figured he must not have heard me when I ordered, so I told him again. He said they’re all well done and continued to show me different hot-n-ready pizzas trying to convince me to take one. Apparently it is a big inconvenience for him to make a pizza for me. I also received a delivery order recently that was inedible and mostly thrown in the garbage. Not sure what has happened to this location, but I’ll be going somewhere else for my occasional Little Caesars craving."

"Worst little Caesars I been too. I was told my order was going to be done at a certain time. I get to the restaurant and I still had to wait 40 mins for it to be “done”. The young man working the register also turned down walk ins telling them that they weren’t taking any orders at that time but then tells a doordash driver that they are but he just didn’t want to take the orders. I get my pizzas and wings and they were cold! Like in the fridge cold. The mostbestest sausage pizza which you have to pay more for hardly had any sausage. The Hawaiian pizza was undercooked and well the wings are a joke for their prize. I have emailed and called for a refund but the owner has never got back to me although a representative told me I was going to get contacted by the owner. It’s been over a month. Definitely not doing business with this franchise owner again."
