"Very bad experience. The few employees on duty were fine. However, the order kiosk wouldn't work properly. Companies like this are losing business due to poor customer service. They think that their saving money by cutting jobs. I'll never go back!"

"DONT GO HERE. GO TO STEAK AND SHAKE ON COLONIAL. My boyfriend ordered at the kiosk and got himself something and me something. He then found out that the one thing he ordered me they didnt have. He told them okay, well just cancel the whole order and we'll get a refund. Then they said "well we already started yours". So he said thats okay i still take it and then asked if he could get a refund on my item. She just looked at him and was saying shed have to ask. Then she told him it should be back on his card in 3-5 business days. Then he asked for a receipt of the refund and the manager handed him a reprint of the original receipt. He ended up leaving without a refund and went to the steak and shake on colonial. WHICH IS WAY BETTTER. First off, if you don't currently have an item it should NOT be available to purchase orignally. Second, I have experience with customer service and doing refunds on that end. The purchase was not even 6 minutes old, has not processed yet, should have just canceled the processing order. No reason it would take 3-5 business days. Do not go here, If you really want steak and shake go to the one on Colonial. Much better service and they dont mess up orders and they have all the items they say they do."

"If you decide to go get burgers and then think that you're gonna have a quick time going to a drive through. That's supposed to be fast food, meaning you need to get people in and out of your line. You can't even do that. I've been sitting here at the window for more than 20 minutes. And the guy is completely been ignoring me and another person that is sitting behind me. I will never come back to this steak and shake due to the nature of the fact that the management here apparently cannot manage their employees or for that matter. They're time management when attention to detail to paying attention to what's going on in multiple places at once."

"The food was good. But the service no. I waited 25 minutes for 3 hamburgers with fries. I don't blame the kitchen guy because there was only one working there and another one taking care of the orders. They need to hire more people. The dining room was at 50% full. There were a lot of people there, and I only saw 2 guys working. If there was someone else, I didn't see it"

"To be honest for me this isn’t it. Decided to try this for dinner, just because we always pass by it and we always say we should try this place see what they have! We ordered the snickers shake but honestly this was pure sugar for me!! I couldn’t even finish it. We ordered the Original Double Steakburger with Cheese Combo and fries. The fries were great not to salty but yeah I’m sorry the burger wasn’t it either. Felt like a White Castle burger but White Castle is a little better in my opinion. Maybe if we try something else next time but not sure if I’ll be coming back any time soon."
