"For some reason no cards accepted at drive thru resulting in numerous in line at kiosk. No in person counter support. This is an effective way to lose business! Pandemic is over, bring back customer service."

"The food was decent but the customer service is the worst. My mom ordered fries and innocently asked for bbq sauce. (She doesn’t go to Taco Bell much)And someone from inside the kitchen yelled go to McDonald’s for that. Wow rude. My mom asked for the person to show their face and the coward didn’t show face. Never going there again."

"CHECK BAGS FOR ACCURACY OF ORDER! This Taco Bell consistently messes up my orders specifically leaving out items but this time they even gave me something different than what I ordered. I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and I honestly have no idea what they gave me but it was definitely not what I ordered. I have learned to check the bags before I leave because usually it’s just cinnamon twist that they can’t seem to remember to place in the bag but this time they didn’t give me the rolled chicken tacos and sauce nor the cinnamon twists and hot sauce. And they didn’t apologize or anything. And they were not busy at this time either so no reason they would mess up so badly. And then they gave me my other items but still didn’t give me sauce despite my asking for it. I go to this Taco Bell because it’s close but i do not recommend them and might go to one further away that gets orders correct. The food is not bad though when it’s the right stuff."
