"The automated ordering system is straight trash. I was hungry for Checkers and right there but ended up just pulling off. Who actually thought this was a good idea? Unfortunate that another good place to eat seems to be going out of business."
"This place is probably headed toward closure. No more than one or two cars in line, but it's moves very slow because they have an automated drive thru screen that is not functional nor is there a screen to confirm what has been ordered. Then the associates are just standing idly at the window, instead of taking orders! Not friendly either. Gotta then pull and wait for wings to cook. It feels worse than self check out in stores, it's just cold and tedious and inefficient overall. Won't be returning for sure."
