"Went through the drive thru and brought a chicken strip meal and bacon burger meal. The burger meal was the only one prepared fresh. The chicken was old, cold and tough. The fries were also cold and hard. Not too sure why we had to wait so long for cold food."

"Steak ‘n Shake has lost all of its life. Ordering is through kiosk now, no service at all and yet it still asks for tip. Drinks are self-serve but you have to scan your receipt just to get it. It’s basically a fast food place now but worse."

"I expected this to be somewhere between 3 and 4 stars but was pleased to find out that it exceeded my expectations. The burger was good. Greasy, but good. I ordered a milkshake, and that was delicious! We were served quickly, and I didn't catch his name, but there was thus man who, every time he came by, he asked if we were okay. (I went with my family) He gave us some fry seasoning for us to try and it was good. I think I prefer just pepper, though. He even got me some m and ms for my milkshake after he heard in passing that there wasn't enough chocolate flavour in my milkshake! He was amazing and so nice. I wish him well."
