Crazy Pollo Latin Grill

"I had my second visit to Crazy Pollo, and unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the fantastic experience I had the first time. When I walked in, there was no greeting from the person at the register. She swiftly asked if I was ready to order, and though I requested a moment to look at the menu, I felt rushed when prompted again within 25 seconds. After placing my order and asking about the wait time, I was informed it would be 10 minutes. I set a timer, returned to my car, and came back promptly. Surprisingly, my food wasn't on the counter yet. Shortly after, it appeared, but the young lady handling it didn't communicate that it was mine. A simple acknowledgment or identification would have been appreciated. Ultimately, there was a lack of courtesy in the interaction. It left me with a somewhat uncomfortable feeling. I recommend reinforcing a warm and appreciative atmosphere for patrons upon entering. My food is amazing!!"

"I was craving mangu and this hit the spot. Wait was a little long for the food even though the restaurant was empty, though that could be because I came after breakfast hours. The staff was friendly and the quality of the food was great. I would come here again."
