"My experience was wonderful. The food was great, the people working there are the best ever. They saw that I had everything I needed while there eating. They took extra good care of me and everyone dining there. I highly recommend this location."

"We ordered a chicken quesadilla online and picked it up. The store was not very busy so we got our food no problem. When we arrived home we opened up the quesadilla to assemble the ingredients and there was minimal cheese and chicken in it. We were pretty disappointed so we called the store asking if we could switch our order. I spoke with the manager and she was nice at first and then the call got disconnected. I called back and she was very defensive and rude. I tried to tell her that the quesadilla had barely any chicken and cheese and she said “I have been in the kitchen so that can’t be true”. She then said to bring it in so they can look at it. She also said they are extremely busy but when we were just there and there was only about 3 other people. We still wanted food but she aggressively said we will just refund you and hung up. She didn’t believe us and she was extremely rude. That isn't how a manager should handle a situation and customer especially when I was trying to be nice and really just wanted a good meal. Sadly we won’t be coming back."

"Food arrived extremely late and cold after driver did not follow instructions in the app or why we called him. Also, there was no packaging for the burrito bowl, just dumped in a Styrofoam container that spilled everywhere. No drinks for the kids meals."

"Ordered a large order, including a taco meal take out, which included two large sides of queso. The meat portions were about half of what you usually get, however , I totally understand that can happen depending upon who is putting the order together. More importantly, this is what the queso looked like. It seems like it was frozen and reheated. I called up and spoke with the manager “Madison” who said it’s just because it was too hot."

"We’ve ordered a few times at this location, this current review being the 4th experience, and I’m finally writing about the experience. We usually like to give places 2-3 tries before giving a solid opinion so this isn’t an impulse negative review. This happened to be the 3rd time where, after ordering, our food was next to nothing regarding portion size. I ordered beef tacos (basic but oh well) and I was given a teaspoon of meat and toppings and there were only 7 chips (damn right I counted). Another order of tacos but with chicken instead of beef had the same portioning with barely any chips. We also ordered a large queso and chips with our meal and (thank god we checked the bag) they forgot the queso and the chips were from the bottom of the barrel and barely filled the bag. So, we showed the bag of chips (you can see the picture below) and asked for the missing queso to which we were given along with a new (and FULL) bag of chips. We should’ve opened each meal but who would’ve thought they’d serve such little food. Honestly, you’re better off driving to the Moss Park location (like we used to before this one opened) for better quality, service, and money’s worth."
