Red Lobster

"Food was very subpar. Waited an hour for grainy steak not cooked how I asked, bland tasteless lobster, pasta that was very obviously sitting out for a long time, and a seafood variety platter that was cold and soggy. Also our appetizer chips were soggy with oil and fell apart like paper, telling us they didn’t cook them long enough. Pricy, mediocre food: not recommended. Definitely will not be back!"

"My lady and I had great food, our server was Conner and he had a great personality and was a great server. It was very enjoyable. I hope someone from management will see this because Conner was extremely good at his job and good with us. Thanks again!"

"I know all the Red Lobster reviews are up and down. However, I can say my last two experiences at two different Red Lobsters have been good. This time, we visited Red Lobster at Waterford Lakes for Thanksgiving. We all enjoyed our food. We also were able to use the discount on the app and our Veterans' rewards meals. It is nice to be able to go out on Thanksgiving and not be charged $50 per person first they're about. Isabella was our server, and she was excellent. She had a pleasant attitude despite other patrons not being the most happy customers. My feelings are that these people have to work on Thanksgiving, which I had to do in the past, and it's no fun. Always be kind. I even told the other waitress how she was doing it for an excellent job with some difficult customers. Thanksgiving was all about blessings, and we were blessed. We had good food, a good server, and plenty of room to enjoy ourselves in a nice restaurant."

"Broke my streak of not coming here again for over 10 years to try out Endless Shrimp. Was I disappointed? Yes. Service is still lousy. Ambiance is still meh. Overall, the food is just ok. Shrimp was all overdone, dry, and chewy, and even the cheddar biscuits seem to have lost their thunder. I will say dragon shrimp and tequila shrimp were the winners in my book though. Everything else is a hard pass (except you, coconut shrimp). I waited 15-20 minutes for a beer, then nearly 30 minutes for a small bowl of cold shrimp alfredo, and never got a water refill. Complained to the manager and at least I was able to get a new bowl of hot alfredo in less than 10 minutes. Won't be coming back anytime soon that's for sure. Much better places to get my shrimp Alfredo than this. I'll miss you coconut shrimp, it was a love never meant to be. It's not you, it's me."
