Smashburger

"I use to bring my kid here after school almost once a week before covid, as it became a routine of ours. It was always clean and the people who worked there were friendly, it was just a nice quiet place to come and enjoy a good burger..but now, this place has become something almost unrecognizable. Having not been here for quite some time, I was shocked upon walking in, we immediately noticed a strong smell, almost as if we were in a mechanic shop. There was food all over the ground and the tables were dirty. I wanted to leave but gave this place the benefit of the doubt since we had a good history with it. Looking back, we should've just left. The food was horrible, the drinks were terrible since the fountain machine was straight carbonation and the girl who worked there was doing everything except helping. I asked for a side of ranch and she brought it to the table and tossed it on to the table and went back to her phone. I get it, nobody wants to work anymore, but I find it very hard to believe that this girl was the only applicant available. I encourage every one to stay away from this place until it's been completely overhauled!"

"Service was slow, employees very rude and wouldn't replace my burger the burnt. Saying it comes like that. Waisted $17 be careful. In the picture is the cheese."

"Wanted a burger and I live nearby. I've been to this location in the past and had good experiences before. Today was a little different walking into the door and nearly got knocked out by the smell. Smelled like a jiffy lube of tires and motor oil. The young man that took our ordor looked like he had better things to do instead of take our order. Food was good and my only critique was that my burger was not seasoned. Ill probably be back but probably as takeout. The other recent reviews said the bathroom was not maintained and didn't have a functional sink so that worries me a tad as well to be honest."

"Delicious burger! My first try at smashburger and it was delicious! A menu full of options i’ll have to come back to try. The brisket was incredible! Clean store, fast food delivery and good service!"
