"I just cannot get over how awful the customer service is here. I do not understand. This specific chipotle needs to truly do some work when hiring staff. Its so frustrating and draining dealing with the staffs attitudes as you order. Another note, It’s always so messy and they always are so low stock on everything. Recommend finding a different location if ever in the area."
"Man this place is extremely trashed. I never been seeing chipotle this low before and after tonight I will never come to this location. This is what happens when only Gen Z are in charge. No good customer services they maybe put 2-3oz of protein in my bowl I had to actually ask for more rice because how little they put like they don’t want to work. When we got our food no tray we have an infant so had to do two trips because there was no trays anywhere. When trying to find a seat every single chair and table was dirty with food in it."
"I ordered on Uber eats...ask for brown rice and get white...asked for fire roasted salsa got none. Please get it right!! No one to answer the phone to let you know it's wrong. I read all the reviews just now. Sounds like corporate needs to clean house"
"Enjoyed a decent lunch here with my wife. We both had the chicken burrito bowls, and they were good. The service was decent as well. The place was a little messy inside, and the music was a little loud, but other than that, our visit and meals were fine."
"I am normally not one to submit reviews, but today was the final straw. I cannot speak for in-person experiences; however, I normally purchase my orders through the mobile app, which forces me to purchase from this location. The majority of the time, the food items suffer in quality or something is missing. This is not a single instance; twice when I have ordered a kids quesadilla, the cheese is left out of the tortilla. I constantly am missing the vinaigrette for my salad. Today, we ordered our food for pick-up, as it is usually a little better than delivery and is half the price. My husband did not drive like a mad man when he returned from this location; this is how the bowl appeared when we removed the lid. It has not been touched (Our names were removed from the photo). The portion isn't even the primary concern; neither of our items asked for corn salsa. For both entrees, the sour cream was left out, and they put corn. Because of this, my husband was unable to eat his food, as he is unable to consume the ingredients in the salsa. If a restaurant is going to charge over $10 per item, then we need to be given what we ask for. The quality control needs to improve in this location, because this is unacceptable. The worst part is that because I submitted a preliminary case with Pepper about the missing dressing (Because yes, they didn't have it again), I could not submit a secondary case for the order. You used to be able to report multiple issues; they removed that option. When I contacted the restaurant directly to report this issue, the automated process took me nowhere. I had to call the 1-800 line for get a "free entree", because Lord forbid they actually give a refund for their poor service. It is very discouraging for the Chipotles in my immediate area to suffer so much in their quality and service; I only have this place and the University location where they occasionally serve food from the floor. I understand that lunch/dinner are high traffic timeframes, but again, when what I order normally ranges from $30-60, and you force me to leave a tip on top of that, this is unacceptable. As Joey Swole would say, "You need to do better"."
