TGI Fridays

"We ordered food from here today for my entire family for pick up. A total of 6 meals and a drink. My husband went to pick up the order, he was handed a bag and he asked the server if that was everything. When he got home there was 3 orders missing and the drink was missing. They made everything for us fresh and we drove 20 min back to the restaurant to pick up the remaining meals. The drink was supposed to be a slush and it was not, I didn’t make a big deal because everyone has their days. However I get home and my meal was wrong even though I explained it to the woman on the phone. I ordered a whiskey glazed burger and I got a dry burger with nothing inside. Very sad to leave this review because Fridays used to be a good spot but unfortunately would not recommend and will not be ordering here again."

"We were the first patrons of the day as the restaurant was just opening. The server Austin was awesome. He communicated that the kitchen did not have what we wanted. They had no wings or potato skins and the restaurant had just opened. We ordered something else. After 25 minutes only half of our order came out. Austin asked if we wanted to speak with the manager. I said yes. The manager blamed Austin stating that there was miscommunication between the two of them. Our server was great, I feel that the manager tried to place blame on him for his own mistake."

"It’s been a long while since I’ve stepped foot in a TGI Fridays: boy was it good!!!! Went in around lunch time, definitely not busy. Sat at the bar and had a very nice time, bar tender was good, didn’t hover and the restaurant was nice and quiet. Food was really good and so were the drinks, I’ll definitely be back for sure. Come in on a Sunday and watch the games going on, enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying a good meal. Next Visit: So we ended up coming back, another football Sunday! Upon arrival we sat at the bar, cheese sticks were pretty good, but you only get 3 for 4.59 or something like that! The restaurant was definitely going down, the manager seemed as frazzled as the employees. Only issue, lack of urgency! People standing at the door literally walked out because no one was addressing their presence. People were sat, but ended up leaving because no one was going up to them! Seemed like a hot mess! Bar tender was a one drink at a time, to busy flirting with a team member kinda employee. Rather disappointing, but it wasn’t busy enough in my opinion for the place to be going down as hard as it was. So my first experience was : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Second experience:⭐️⭐️"

"We went here on a yesterday on Thursday night and we ordered 3 chicken tenders meals ,they were good but the chicken were rocks and over cooked.Place isn’t cheap at all each one was $16.Wife ordered a burger which was good but it was hilarious they gave her the smallest portion of French fries for some reason .All out plates had a good amount ,but hers came with a kids portion size.If your gonna charge these prices, im sorry but the place gotta put a lot of food at least !"
