"I was served a bagel with cream cheese that was wildly misscut. See picture. First up, this shouldn’t have been served. When I asked for a replacement one was provided but the person at the pass was not at all apologetic and seemed annoyed more than anything. I don’t think it’s a lot to ask to cut a bagel properly and not serve one that looks like it was cut by Edward Scissorhands."
"Friendly staff, and good quality food but I used to work here as my first job 8 years ago and its not what it used to be. Placed an order and they forgot some stuff asked for. Sandwich is wrong.. Ordered BLT, got mayo instead of chipotle mayo. Went to get soup today and they told me they’re out of bread. No spoons either. Theres usually trays and trays of bread in the back, its impossible to be out of bread. Going to call the bluff, seems like management might want to be overseeing a bit more. $40 order with no bread for soup. /:"
"I think it’s really stupid, cheap and unfair that Panera offers just one piece of bread when ordering a pick 2 in which 2 soups are ordered. I placed an order for 2 broccoli cheddar soups for my children and was offered one bread, in which my kids were looking forward to their own bread with their soups. I had to pay $1 more for another bread which is literally a PIECE of bread. Policy and courtesy should be bread served with every soup. That just left a bitter taste in my mouth because I have been a long term customer at Panera and with everything going up in the economy, you would think a big business like this would offer certain things with certain dishes. 2 soups, 2 breads. Change the policy because that’s not generous especially when we give you our business."
"I always enjoy brunch with my friends. I'm getting into Baja bowl. It's very good and not salty at all. The steffs are very kind and great seat outside I will upload pictures next time. I"
"Most awful Panera ever. Corporate should be all over this location because they are a far cry from the Panera name we have all learned to trust and love. We had bagels and all three were horrendous. Cinnamon Crunch Bagel has no crunch, like they sprinkled some cinnamon and sugar on top after it was made. It's also not tall and round like we all know. This is a signature bagel and I couldn't recognize it! Cinnamon swirl Bagel was a flat disc, could be mistaken for a pancake. Finally, the signature Asiago Bagel, resembled a plain bagel with 3 shreds of cheese tossed on top after the fact. 80% was thrown away because it tasted awful and lacked cheese. With our bagels, we ordered cream cheese and utensils (knives). All were missing. Service matches the product. Awful! I will never take my family, friends, business partners here again and be sure to spread the word. This Panera Bread has failed the franchise. So sad."
